Director of Marketing Midwest must have timeshare and prefer fractional experience with a proven track record. Must have multi- pronged marketing approach and prefer significant experience with HNW (high net worth) marketing. Brand experience a big plus.

Regional VP Western U.S. Oversee multiple timeshare resorts traditional and fractional. MBA and heavy finance, Sales and Marketing required. Must have confirmed track record with well-known and well-respected organizations.

Controller Southeast timeshare experience a must, BA in accounting required, prefer financial designation. Must have significant experience in multi-resort environment. Management experience required.

Regional Operations Manager Southeast - Must have significant hospitality and timeshare experience both. Must have solid hotel timeshare management both preferred. Strong operations and management skills needed. Multi-resort, some travel within region.

Director of Sales Midwest (1), West (2) Caribbean (1) Manage multiple Sales Managers. Needs to be aggressive but ethical. Diplomacy a must good knowledge of hospitality industry is preferred and strong timeshare a must.Must have solid sales track record personally and solid management skills. 3 plus years management. Critical positions, light travel.

CFO Northwest - MBA, JD or CPA required. Timeshare experience High-end market. Turnaround situation. Prefer multi-resort experience. Reports to President.

Project Director (1) North West Start-up experience with significant timeshare and prefer experience HNW (High net worth) market. In depth knowledge of all non-construction facets of project - Development and Operations, Sales and Marketing (strong background), Market Analysis and Financial analysis, IT requirement analysis.

MIS Director South - timeshare experience a must. Multi-resort and hospitality expertise required. Cross-platform conversion on the horizon; in heavy acquisition mode. Must be able to direct IT team, evaluate new networking, hardware and software environments. Knowledgeable of Internet Security issues, terrorism and marketing issues. In addition to timeshare, prefer someone with non-traditional timeshare such as hotel or international travel, or airline environment.
